Policy

What you get

• US homeowners: name, home address and phone. No email addresses.
• Regularly updated records.
• Names are never shown on the website before payment.
• We do not promise that every phone number still works.
• A list is not exclusive. The same street can be sold to other buyers.
• Income, net worth, age, household and marital fields are modeled estimates and are not on every record.
• After payment, the file is sent to your email automatically.

Refunds

Every order includes 7% extra records instead of refunds. The bonus covers records that do not match your filters, cannot be delivered, or cannot be reached. The delivered count includes the bonus. No cash refunds unless The Homeowner List approves one in writing. If the file materially does not match the filters you ordered, beyond what the bonus covers, we rebuild it and send the corrected file.

Prices and codes

• Orders start at 100,000 records. Through December 31, 2026 the price is 2.5¢ a record, half the 5¢ list price.
• Every order gets 7% extra records.
• The $25 trial is 2,000 records, once per customer. Codes do not apply to the trial.
• Codes take 10% off. One code per order. Codes do not stack.

What a list may be used for

Lawful marketing to homeowners. You are responsible for following the TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing rules, and CAN-SPAM. Do not use an autodialer, AI voice or prerecorded message to call or text without each person's prior express written consent.

The file is for your own business's internal marketing. Your employees and contractors may use it only on your behalf. You may use the file for 12 months from purchase. After that, stop using it and delete every copy. You may keep records of people who responded or became your customers.

Marketing services for your clients. If you are an agency, mail house, print shop or call center, you may use the file to run marketing campaigns for your own clients during the 12-month license. You are responsible for your clients' lawful use of those campaigns. The file itself may not be resold, transferred or shared as a data product.

What a list may not be used for

• Credit, insurance underwriting, employment, or tenant screening. We are not a credit bureau or a consumer reporting agency.
• Resale. You may not sell, sublicense, rent, share, or transfer the file or any part of it to anyone else, or use it to build a list or data product for others.
• Stalking, harassment, or locating someone for a non-marketing purpose.
• Any use that breaks federal or state law.

Homeowner opt-out

If you do not want your household in our files, send your name and home address below, or email thehomeownerlist@gmail.com. We remove it before the next file is built.

Privacy

We keep the name, company and email you give us to send your file, apply codes, and answer you. We do not sell buyer details. Questions about your data: thehomeownerlist@gmail.com.
